⚠️ DRAFT — TO BE VALIDATED BEFORE PUBLICATION

Draft compiled from currently available MTF data. Must be reviewed by Cimino (DPO) or legal counsel before publication. Items marked [TO VERIFY] require explicit confirmation.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user’s device to store information useful for the operation or analysis of site usage.

Based on purpose, they are classified as:

  • Technical/necessary cookies: essential for the site to function or to provide a service requested by the user. No consent required.
  • Analytics/statistical cookies: measure aggregate site usage. May require consent if not anonymized.
  • Profiling/marketing cookies: track users for advertising or profiling purposes. Explicit consent required.

2. Cookies in use on www.mtf-srl.com

MTF uses technical/necessary cookies only. No third-party analytics, profiling or marketing cookies are active.

2.1 Technical cookies

NameProviderPurposeDuration
__cf_bmCloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.)Anti-bot — distinguishes human users from bots, site protection30 minutes
cf_clearanceCloudflareConfirms anti-bot verification outcomeSession or up to 30 days

[TO VERIFY] Verify the exact list of cookies actually set by the site at publication time. Recommended tools: cookiepedia.co.uk scan or browser DevTools. Update the table if it changes.

To measure aggregate traffic MTF uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-less system that does not profile users or collect persistent identifiers. No analytics cookie is stored.

[TO VERIFY] If MTF decides to activate Google Analytics or similar systems in the future, this section must be rewritten and a cookie banner with explicit consent must be added (Italian Garante guidelines 10/06/2021).

2.3 Profiling and marketing cookies

No profiling or marketing cookies are active on the site.

[TO VERIFY] If LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking or similar are activated in the future, this section must be rewritten and activation requires a GDPR-compliant consent banner.

Since the site uses technical/necessary cookies only, no prior consent mechanism is required under the Cookie Guidelines of the Italian Garante Privacy (10 June 2021).

The user is nonetheless free to:

  • Block cookies via browser settings
  • Delete cookies already stored
  • Disable Cloudflare anti-bot (with consequences: the site may refuse connection if the user’s network is classified as a bot)
